Meet Our Caring Veterinarians
Dr. Rhonda Snyder
D.V.M. | Hospital Director
Dr. Snyder has 3 children, Jake, who is a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Mountain View, Eric who is currently serving in the Navy, and her daughter Cassie who is also attending Washington State University, currently studying education and is a member of the Cougar Marching Band. Dr. Snyder’s family also consists of many pets. Her dogs are both Flat Coated Retrievers, Grimm who pretty much likes EVERYTHING, and her newest puppy, Spirit. The family pets also proudly serve as blood donors when client’s pets are in need of emergency transfusions.
When she is not at work, Rhonda also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter and grandson, hiking, reading, cooking, and an occasional ride on a rollercoaster. When she gets the chance, Grimm and Spirit accompany her on quiet walks on the Chehalis Western trail.

Dr. Aerin Truskey
D.V.M.
Dr. Truskey grew up in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Washington State University’s veterinary program in 2017. She joined Mountain View Veterinary Hospital as soon as the ink on her diploma was dry and has always loved Mountain View’s cooperative, collaborative culture. Still passionate about learning, she enjoys surgery and focuses on practicing evidence-based medicine. In her free time Dr. Truskey enjoys cooking, running, playing music, and tending to her burgeoning collection of houseplants. While she’s caring for patients, her husband Riley cares for their trees and their two cats, Norman and Carina, who enjoy naps, smells, and occasionally destroying houseplants.
Dr. Angela Lorenzo
D.V.M.
Dr. Lorenzo grew up in the Central Coast of California and was involved in swimming, journalism, and theatre from a young age. She graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. After undergrad, she began working as a technician at a local Veterinary ER clinic and realized that her passion for the field, medicine, and advocating for animals would make the perfect career. She attended Louisiana State University for Veterinary School and graduated in 2024. While in school, she also studied Veterinary Acupuncture through Chi University. In her spare time she enjoys crochet, cross-stitch, and pottery. Her love for the outdoors and adventuring brought her to the PNW. Dr. Lorenzo currently has two dogs, George and Dixie, that fill her home with love!
